ITC 2025 Recap: AI Everywhere — But Direction Still Matters

ITC was a whirlwind. (If you blinked, you probably missed a robot underwriting a policy, someone pitching “AI-powered distribution” for the 30th time, and our team in bright orange vests standing in front of our bright solar system backdrop that turned a few heads. Thank you if you stopped by.)

In the middle of all the noise — “innovation” this, “transformation” that, and “agentic” everything — one message came through crystal clear: AI isn’t a question anymore. It’s a given.

Everyone agrees AI is part of the recipe for better margins, better experiences, and faster workflows. But as insurers looked around the ITC floor, they also asked the real questions:

  • Is my core platform ready for AI to actually work? (If I have a legacy platform with siloed data, how do I even get started?)
  • Do I build or buy?
  • Do I bolt AI on… or bake it in? And if I go the bolt-on route, will that just create a different kind of siloed operational setup?
  • Are there AI solutions I can use for a solid ROI today, but that’ll also be able to change with the future of technology?

That’s where things get interesting.

What We Brought to ITC: OneSuite powered by CoreGentic

We were proud to show off EIS OneSuite™, powered by CoreGentic™

While it is agentic, it’s not just another buzzword parade from another tech company. It’s the well-architected EIS technology built for how insurance actually works — with the architecture, APIs, and data fluidity to make sure your AI investment doesn’t just look shiny but delivers ROI.

Because without the right core, even the best AI becomes just another disconnected experiment.

What Carriers Are Asking Now:

At ITC, it was clear that ‌insurance’s tech vendors are full steam ahead on AI, but it’s also standing at a crossroads.

As AI moves from concept to operations, insurers need a tech foundation that connects systems and workflows in real time, and makes all of the data within a core system useful for task execution.

That’s we love answering questions like:

  • “How fast can I get AI solutions operational, and delivering an ROI?”
  • “Can we finally ditch this Frankenstein core setup for something more future-proof? Without taking three years and incurring a ton of tech debt?”
  • “Is there a platform that can help us actually launch products faster and scale?”
  • “Which solution will help us personalize our new products like our customers want, and do so at scale?”

Still Thinking About ITC?

Same. That’s why we put together a page of our demo videos to recap what we showcased — OneSuite powered by CoreGentic, configuring new products, improved day-to-day operations, and lifecycle orchestration.

If we didn’t get a chance to talk at ITC (or if you were pulled away by the hypnotic draw of the coffee bars and didn’t get to see our cool demo videos), let’s fix that. Contact us here and a real human will follow up to either chat or share our demo videos page — no bots, we promise. 😉
