Nanda Rajgopal, who is based in New Jersey, is an insurance and technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in business consulting, transformation and system implementations. He has been creating business value for insurance companies through digital automation, analytics, cloud, hybrid models, cost optimization, customer centricity, supplier strategy/ecosystem, and XaaS. He has held various leadership roles and led large teams and client relationships throughout his career.

Pierre Van Meerbeeck, who is based in Barcelona, brings a strong insurtech background with him to EIS, having previously worked at Accenture, where he successfully led several transformation programs for insurers across Europe. He later gained a deep understanding of digital customer experiences through various executive positions he held at a global e-commerce company leading a cloud-native, SaaS, and API-first approach to disrupt customer acquisition and drive retention globally.
